  • tea without milk and sugar
  • cold tea with lemon and ice cubes but without sugar

Other beverages

  • 200 cc low fat milk or yogurt (1 large glass) 100 kcal
  • 200 cc sugar free fruit juice (1 large glass) 100 kcal
  • 125 cc wine (1 glass) 100 kcal
