Steak with zucchini

Ingredients

For 2 persons
If you have a BMI above 30, you can take 1.5 portion to prevent you from getting hungry too soon.

  • 250 g marinated steak
  • 1 zucchini
  • 25 g grated 20+ cheese
  • 4 mini potato croquettes (frozen)

Make sure that you have the following additional ingredients: French Provencal herbs, butter.

Preheat the oven at 180 degrees Celsius and bake the mini potato croquettes without adding any oil! In the mean time, cut the zucchini in about 10 slices, sprinkle them with the grated cheese and some Provencal herbs. Put the zucchini slices in the oven together with the potato croquettes. Put 2 pinches of butter in a frying pan and warm the pan until the butter is brown. Put the steaks in the pan and bake them 1.5 minutes on each side, without a lid on the pan. Serve on plates the steaks with the zucchini slices and the potato croquettes.
