Pizza shrimps with tomato salad

Ingredients

For 2 persons
If you have a BMI above 30, you can take 1.5 portion to prevent you from getting hungry too soon.

  • 2 frozen Mini Pizzas Salami of 80 g each
  • 50 g shrimps
  • 1/2 mozarella cheese (60 g)
  • 1 onion
  • 300 g tomatoes

Make sure that you have the following additional ingredients: low fat Caesar dressing, Italian herbs.

Preheat the oven at 180 degrees Celsius. Remove the mini pizzas from their packaging, put the shrimps on the pizzas and the mozzarella cheese in small slices on top. Bake the pizzas in the oven. In the mean time, chop the onion and cut the tomatoes in pieces. Put the sliced onion and tomatoes in a bowl and add some Caesar dressing. Put the salad on plates and place the baked pizzas next to the salad.
