Curry chicken dish with broccoli

Ingredients

For 2 persons
If you have a BMI above 30, you can take 1.5 portion to prevent you from getting hungry too soon.

  • 200 g chicken breast
  • 300 g broccoli
  • 50 g grated 20+ cheese
  • 2 half-baked mini bread rolls (white or brown)

Make sure that you have the following additional ingredients: garlic powder, green pesto Genovese, curry powder.

Fill a mug half with water and add some garlic powder, curry powder and two teaspoons green pesto Genovese, stir the ingredients to a marinade. Put the chicken breast in a dish, add the marinade and cook the chicken breast in the microwave until it is well done. In the mean time, preheat the oven at 150 degrees Celsius and bake the bread rolls. Cook the broccoli half done, cut it to pieces and put the pieces in an oven dish. Cut the cooked chicken to pieces and put them on top of the broccoli. Sprinkle the grated cheese on top of the chicken pieces and put the dish in the oven, until the cheese has melted. Serve the curry chicken dish on plates with the bread roll.
